Extremely convenient for transport links with Kidbrooke station and bus stop within 2-3 minute walk. Good range of grocery shops (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Oriental grocery store all within 3 minutes walk , Aldi within 5 minutes walk) Starbucks and pub within 2-3 minutes walk. Pharmacy within 3 minutes walk Regular waste collection from bins, waste disposal room within building on ground floor. Safe neighbourhood with no anti social behaviour. Open spaces at pegler square and nearby parks for walking/running.

None. Tenancy Contract and property management informed me all I needed to know before moving in. Extremely satisfied with the move in.

What is the best feature of your home:

Clean and modern indoor aesthetic Very good view of the city skyline in the distance. Very good location within 2 minute walk from Kidbrooke station

I love how there is amazing buildings and how the design is really cool and how there is shops around my house

What i wanted to know when I first came here was nothing

The view , the design of the house , the kitchen and toilet

Close to supermarkets, gp practice, train station and other shops. Is quiet, don’t get much road noise

A lot of miscommunication and was told there would be parking available which there was not

Spacious bathroom and open floor plan. Gym included with rent

I love the location it’s perfect for me I wouldn’t change anything about the flats the location or the landlord

Everything was good from start to moving in viewing was good and very helpful

The view is very nice and I love the modem features inside the flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport is super convenient, direct links to all major stations. So much greenery and open space, feels amazing to come home and feel like you are out the city. Decent amount of traffic/train noise, as we are right by the main road/station. Some sketchy characters, have seen a massive drug raid in building next door. There are plenty of kids and families and young people. Biggest downside is lack of shops and restaurants, there’s no boots or superdrug or nandos… but once the area is more developed I’m sure more things will pop up.

How expensive it is to heat the place, and how there are no restaurants around.

What is the best feature of your home:

Brand new, clean, modern design. Not damp at all like some older dingy places. Lots of storage and very roomy for a studio.
