Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really nice area. Within a walking distance to Blackheath. Nice shops around including a small Sainsbury’s. Train to London Bridge very convenient (less than 20 minutes!)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No complaints so far. Very responsive to any issues we faced. I am really happy work them
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really as L&Q were transparent. The only bad thing is that direct trains to Charing Cross have been discontinued but you can still change at London Bridge!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local shops are pretty good with a small sainsbury and Aldi. There is also a pub, gp surgery and barbers fairly close by. A quick train to eltham gives access to a busy high street with lots of shops. The train service is very convenient, going into london however it looks quite likely that direct service to Charing will be terminating which is unfortunate.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not had any issues yet but, based on past communications I am confident that they will be addressed efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
At every step of the sales process the sales team were clear and transparent about the process and did well to explain the details and practicalities of the shared ownership contract.

Very good location near train station and near bus stops. Sainsbury's and aldi local. However would wish all l&q flats would have access to community gym.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management hasn't been needed to respond to any concerns.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish i knew about the unassigned parking, i wish the parking were assigned to specific flat numbers.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We have lots of open space around for lovely walks within the area alongside being able to walk in Blackheath. The station has strong links into London and we have a pub, more commercial units are needed and I believe are coming next year. Parking is an issue with no free parking for visitors with an expensive car park to use due to the close proximity of the station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The developer have been great, whilst not the fastest they have listened to my concerns well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had paid more attention to how long it would take for the commercial units to be ready.
