Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has great pubs, restaurants and cafe's, as well as St Mark's park and the Water of Leith just across the road. There are three supermarkets within 10 mins walk, and the tram line is also a 10 min walk. The street is very peaceful for the most part, but some noise to be expected given the proximity to the primary school.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues (very few) have been handled effectively and efficiently.

The welcome pack and tour provided gave plenty of information prior to moving in.

Nice neighborhood. Safe and fancy. Lots of local shops, cafes and bars. Close to Leith Walk and the Botanic Gardens.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Highly responsive and efficient. Very accomodating

Nothing to add. Surpassed my expectations and I'm very pleased

The local area offers a good variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, which are all within walking distance. The transport links are reliable, with frequent buses and trains, making it easy to commute. However, parking can be challenging due to limited spaces, and bin collection schedules could be improved. Occasionally, there is noise from traffic and some anti-social behavior late at night, which can be bothersome.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and usually resolves issues within a reasonable timeframe. Maintenance requests are typically addressed promptly, though communication about ongoing repairs could be improved.

I wish I had known about the occasional delays with building maintenance and the limited availability of shared facilities during peak hours. This would have helped me manage my expectations better.

Great location, safe and close to local shops and transport links. Free parking close by and traffic noise kept to a minimum despite centrally located

N/A - all queries were answered prior to move in and no outstanding information

The bathroom and gym area always have a smell. There is no storage space in the shower room to out my bag on. No towels either.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I had a kitchen light issue they came to sort it out within two weeks.

View the place before moving in would have helped to make a decision.
