Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has great pubs, restaurants and cafe's, as well as St Mark's park and the Water of Leith just across the road. There are three supermarkets within 10 mins walk, and the tram line is also a 10 min walk. The street is very peaceful for the most part, but some noise to be expected given the proximity to the primary school.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues (very few) have been handled effectively and efficiently.

The welcome pack and tour provided gave plenty of information prior to moving in.

Great location, safe and close to local shops and transport links. Free parking close by and traffic noise kept to a minimum despite centrally located

Immediate action taken toward any question or query I asked

N/A - all queries were answered prior to move in and no outstanding information

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The bathroom and gym area always have a smell. There is no storage space in the shower room to out my bag on. No towels either.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I had a kitchen light issue they came to sort it out within two weeks.

View the place before moving in would have helped to make a decision.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

~10-15 minutes from the nearest shops. ~20 minutes to city centre. Occasionally the fire engines, who have a station on this street, can be loud. No problems with anti-social behaviour at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not needed to raise any issues, so I cannot answer this question.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How small the freezer is. And the curtains are a bit difficult to close. You lose a lot of heat from the single pane windows.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s housing area, so the environment is quiet. But there also have lots of nice breaky shops and bars just down the road, quite easily to find a parking space

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They solved the issues very quick, the receptionist will take care of it, if you are working while the maintaining teams come over

Don’t buy too many your own stuff, here literally got everything
