Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has great pubs, restaurants and cafe's, as well as St Mark's park and the Water of Leith just across the road. There are three supermarkets within 10 mins walk, and the tram line is also a 10 min walk. The street is very peaceful for the most part, but some noise to be expected given the proximity to the primary school.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues (very few) have been handled effectively and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The welcome pack and tour provided gave plenty of information prior to moving in.

It is pretty calm most of the time except on weekday mornings when you’d hear children playin’, cryin’ and laughing next to you due to the primary school beside the building, which is verily cheerful :)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are a most swift responsive building management team!

Be sure to use the heater gently, for if you keep it incessantly running, it’ll cost you a lot!

Location is within close proximity to the Centre. A 10 minutes walk away from Leith walk and local supermarkets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond to problems promptly and in a timely manner.

Right next to Primary school. Can be loud and busy at times.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location - across the road from a park (which is great, as we have a dog!), but with excellent transport links to the city centre. Lots of buses and trams within a few minutes' walk, but also many great restaurants, pubs and cafes within walking distance in Leith. The building is right next to a school, but it's not too noisy. There is free parking on a nearby street, which is super handy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any small things that have broken in the flat have been immediately fixed. Everyone great at communication and all the staff we've met have been really friendly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ideally would have a 'local' bar really nearby! But there are lots within 10 minutes - so it's ultimately fine. Parking on street is ok but 3-5 minutes away. General street noise is fine and really quiet at night. Bin collection and School noise is fine also - you ultimately get used to it!

Overall this is a great place to live. FYI - We are next to a primary school - so there will be some noise of kids playing etc at times
