The area is well connected with two overground train stations, Queenstown Road and Battersea Park Station located closeby.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about there not being many good schools nearby.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is definately big living room. The listed property has some very spacious and airy rooms that are hard to come by in the increasingly common new build properties around the area.

Personally I really like that its close to a big tesco which is super convenient. There's great Nightlife nearby.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The doorbell doesn't ring but instead goes to your mobile. This would be find except the mobile signal is not great.

What is the best feature of your home:

It's an easy property to keep warm which is great during the winter months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like battersea park. Its so large and feels like youre in the countryside. I dislike the busy main road that runs outside of the property.

Nothing specifically. I recommend to everyone to do lots of research as its really helps.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would definately change the size but I recognize that space comes at a premium in London.
