This is a wonderful apartment in a very convenient location. We have easy access to high range of quality shops, restaurants etc. Tha bus station is in 5min walking distance too.Everything is fine and amazingly easy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick response to any matter and can easily contact them

About the great location and the easy access to bus station and all the quality shops

Really convenient location, very close to the train station, which is appx. a10 - 15 min walk. There are a range of shops across the road. Ok traffic noise considering the apartment block is on a fairly busy road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Jas is super friendly, helpful and responsive. I've never had to chase or follow up with her.

None. All vital and helpful information was shared during the viewing.

Kooky High Wycombe is very central, located right across from the Eden shopping center. It's walking distance from most shops you would need to visit and public transport is readily accessible. Street parking is busy, but strictly enforced in regards to traffic laws. There is a big variety of bars, restaurants, take-out vendors, grocery stores, clothing and department stores within walking distance. Due to sound insolation inside the communal areas of the building and in the apartments there is almost no traffic noise unless you keep your windows open at all times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised has been attended to except for an emergency locksmith situation on a weekend, but this can not be blamed on building management as the locksmith was not available and not taking calls. Building management has addressed the issue with the locksmith.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not having attended the viewing in person I can't really comment on this. The viewing was done on my behalf as I was abroad and moved straight in when moving from abroad. The only thing I would say that could be hard to gather without a viewing is the actual interior layout and colors of the furnishings as they may differ from the images on listings. Not all apartments share the exact same layout or color scheme.

A good selection of shops directly across the road makes it very convenient and accessible. The transport options are fantastic: the bus station is close by, and the train station is a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get to major hubs. Due to its location on the main street, there is often a lot of vehicle noise if the windows are open in the summer, but once closed, there is very little noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When problems or issues are raised, they are generally resolved fairly quickly. On occasion, some issues are not within the management control and can take longer to resolve or remain unresolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that this development could potentially have families / young children living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really enjoy living in High Wycombe, Kooky´s location is ideal as it is just in front of all the shops I need, I walk about 10 minutes to get to the nearest park and I don't really use public transport other than the train to London (very good service) Living in my street is very nice, there is not really any loud noises normally. That said, I would like to highlight the fact that most of the times, our residential gate to the private parking is open. And in one occasion, a non-resident person walked into the parking and slept the night there, causing a bit of disturbance. Something that I think should not be tolerated taking into account the extra cost of parking for us. Bin collection, very satisfied.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As above, very promptly and efficient we were not satisfied with the temperature of our thermostat for water and they kindly fixed it. We also had issues to understand how the heating worked and they kindly provided us with advise from an engineer

There is nothing really significant, maybe I would have liked to know that the private green area was not very big
