Love living at Kooky!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Kooky, High Wycombe has been lovely. High Wycombe isn't the most exciting town for things to do but the location of the flats are fantastic. There’s a decent mix of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby—enough to cover the basics, though if you want more variety, you might need to head a little further out. The open spaces are a real bonus, with some nice parks for walks and fresh air. Transport is pretty convenient, with good bus links and easy access to the train station for trips to London and beyond. That said, traffic can be a pain during rush hour. My street is generally a nice place to live. It’s mostly quiet, though you do get the occasional bit of traffic noise which I don't mind! Also I am on floor 6 so I probably hear it a lot less. Gated car park is included at a cost which is fantastic as it's super safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at Kooky in High Wycombe is excellent! Jas, the manager is super responsive, always friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any issues are dealt with quickly, and communication is great, which makes a big difference. It’s really reassuring to have someone so approachable and efficient looking after the place. The building is well-maintained, clean, and feels well-managed overall. Definitely one of the highlights of living here!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wasn't expecting the outdoor garden which is a nice touch.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really convenient location, very close to the train station, which is appx. a10 - 15 min walk. There are a range of shops across the road. Ok traffic noise considering the apartment block is on a fairly busy road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Jas is super friendly, helpful and responsive. I've never had to chase or follow up with her.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None. All vital and helpful information was shared during the viewing.

Love living here but could be improved

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Too many teenagers around on bikes which makes you feel unsafe. Cars are always parked on double yellow. There's also unpleasant smell near the garbage area when you walk past which attracts flies too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They're very quick to resolve the issue. Highly recommended

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The anti social behaviour, lack of storage. The garbage being on the lower level.
