Very efficient very quick to respond thank you Charlie for a wonderful service

Nothing just one word perfect location perfect everything

Nearby shops and easy access to travel Not much to do in the area, pubs are quite dirty and parking is very expensive

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Got an email very quickly when I had any issues. Derrick and Charlie are very good at keeping on top of emails.

Wish I’d known that I can’t get my own meter readings

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a beautiful area with stunning facilities that are always clean. The street is very quiet, clean, and tidy. I really like the area in which I live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, but it took them quite a while to respond. The only real issue here is that they work between the hours of 9 and 5, which is also when I work. Thus, when I'm back from work and see something is wrong with the house, I do not know how to reach them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is no sunlight in the way I'm facing. The apartment itself is one of the most beautiful places I've ever lived in, but the lack of sunlight makes it really annoying. Also it doesn't come with a desk to study at home with (not a deal breaker, but a bit annoying for those who can't work downstairs in the co-working space)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is what I love the most about this place, it is so convenient. It is a few minutes walk to all sorts of stores and the high street, and the train station as well as green spaces. All while being calm and not noisy/loud at all. The light cinema is literally downstairs and is a great chill day out. Parking in the building was not available at time of rent for me, however there's cheap and secure parking available at the belfry shop centre year round. Refusal room is in the building too and very convenient. Trains on thameslink can sometimes get cancelled

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Charlie is great at responding issues and very prompt with it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some rooms can lack sunlight due to the height of buildings around and some rooms on 2nd floor lack some privacy due to it being on the level as the garden

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Redhill has a good variety and quality of local shops, restaurants, entertainment etc. Plenty of green spaces nearby. Great transport links. Parking, noise and crime on par/average for a city centre. Always feel safe walking around the high street, even at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We've not experienced any issues, however have been made aware of how to raise concerns. Charlie and Derrick are both lovely and easy to contact, and went above and beyond with making us feel welcome when we moved in.

Nothing really, everything was well explained before we moved in.
