Great location. Bin collection and great parking. Not too noisy and local shops are very convenient.

I don’t think there is anything that was left out.

I really feel safe within my property and the location within walking distance from the station.

The area is not great, built right on a main road that leads to m11. Retail units built on ground floor of block means extra noise and people hanging around.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Don’t buy on a main road. Do more research on the developer of the building.
What is the best feature of your home:
Bathroom and kitchen design looks good. Spacious and good layout.

Landmark House is in a very convenient location - moments away from the central line, shops, gym and more which is definitely a big plus!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would have been good to have a more clear understanding of what the retail units the ground floor were going to be, rather than they gradually being filled many months after moving in.
What is the best feature of your home:
The building itself is great, the finishing touches in rooms such as the kitchen and bathroom do feel like they’re of a relatively high spec.
