Location is perfect for the local village and there is a shop 5 minutes walk from us that is open until late every day which is ideal.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All go through a complaints procedure. They do however like to tell you things are delayed because of covid.

We wish we read reviews on both the developer and housing association before moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There's a small OneStop very close, 15-20 minute walk from Sainsbury's and town centre. There's also close to a bus station. There are good size parking available, bin collection is regularly, it's a quiet pe except some very noisy activities on Tuesday morning between 4 and 5 in the morning at the nearby deposit.

So far everything is quite good. Very close to the high street, which is great. There is also the downs link for long walks.

Yes they have. I have been happy with responses so far.

Location, location location. Can beat Leighwood fields . close to the main shopping areas and then Knowle Park and open park under development next to our doorstep . Transport although not on a Rail link, quick access to Guilford via excellent bus services and then we have the Downs Link, great for cycling and walking Could one ask for more
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They do respond but don't follow the problems through, poor planning and no feedback as to when your problems will be sorted out. Perhaps an automated IT system would help.

Excellent location. So convenient for access on foot to local shops on the high street including M&S food, supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, handyman’s, furniture stores and post office. Plenty of hairdressers, barbers, dentists and Health Centre in this village. Large area for football, cricket green and rugby club with golf on outskirts of village. Transport by bus to local villages plus Guildford and Horsham where train services are available. Parking in village is adequate but restrictions exist on the development. Parking for at least 2 cars on drive and small designated parking areas for visitors. Parking is not allowed on the development roads which are narrow to slow down traffic. Bin collections are on specified days and to date no problems with collections. In fact recycling collection has been outstanding considering the amount of boxes resulting from all the new arrivals on this development. No traffic noise since it is mainly residential. Lovely residents throughout who keep in touch with Leighwood Fields development app.

How friendly all the locals and neighbours would be and how convenient the shops.
What is the best feature of your home:
The downstairs space, light and finishing especially lovely windows and bifolds
