Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not too many local shops, but the cafe District serves really quality stuff, but the range of options for cafes haven’t been developed. No traffic noise, bin collections are frequent for the most part, transport wise Vauxhall station is great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the flooring is very easily scratched.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of the home has to be the winter garden, wonderful idea to have a space which can be fully enclosed or opened up depending on time of year and climate.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very much an up and coming area - right next to the US Embassy. In October, the Nine Elms tube station will open and the complex will be less than 5 mins from the tube. Only issue at the moment is the closest supermarket is Waitrose (5 mins) and then there is large Sainsburys a 20 minute walk away, so food shopping can get expensive (but there are plenty of cheap online options).

The council tax is very cheap.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

We can't wait for the new tube station to open as the current walk to Vauxhall station is about 15 minutes.

Fantastic location but currently lack of transport links directly near by is an issue. As soon as nine elms station is open it should be better!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The other surrounding flats appear to be largely empty, leading to less of a communal feel.

What is the best feature of your home:

The fact there is a separate cooking area, as well as lots of natural light.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A very quiet and attractive area to live in, the riverwalk is close by and the range of cafes here are amazing. However parking for visitors can be an issue as there is on-street parking available. The closest supermarket is Waitrose and there is not many shops in 10 minute proximity.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The number of shops that were close by and the visitor parking availability and knowing about the riverwalk.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Have on-street parking for visitors and have a fire lift which can be used by wheelchair users living on the 2nd floor and above to evacuate in case of fire. Might also be helpful to have postboxes installed on the flat doors.

Great properties at a great and competitive prices

Inhave lived in the area for the past 7 years and did not want to move anywhere else. It offers a young and vibrant atmosphere as well as the elegant touch. Love it!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive to any concerns and look after the residents in a very professional way.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I dislike is the amount of housing associations related and close to the building. I paid a lot of money for the property to be living with council tenants as neighbours. It would have been ideal not to put that many council tenants so the buildings in front and next to mine don't look like benefit street with people hanging clotheskr storing bikes in the balcony.
