Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ideal location for travel links. Close to a river which is nice for running and cycling. Traffic is not very noisy or interruptive. Living in East London does mean though that their are higher crime rates.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Often Vistry will respond to problems by saying it is the managing company’s responsibility, and they say the reverse. Dry frustrating.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew more about the area beforehand. Location and transportation links are good but I didn’t know much about crime levels.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good transport links and little noise. Anti-social behaviour happens from time to time. Parking availability is a few minutes walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to respond to smaller issues when finally able to get in contact but always asking for good feedback whenever small issues are accomplished.

Poor developer. Simply avoid it in future at all costs.

Great transport links with DLR, Central, District, HammerSmith and City and Circle lines within walking distance (30 sec - 15 mins)

Wish I had more insight into what was being put in commercial units and more accurate view of maintenance charges.

What is the best feature of your home:

Great kitchen and balcony. Like that it’s off the main road.

Transport is great, Stratford Hackney and Canary Wharf are lovely.

Vistry Partnerships are a mixed bag. Lots of issues and some bad attitude from staff

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Vistry Partnerships and First Port have some communication and responsibility issues but overall they haven’t stopped me being happy with my property

Close to canary wharf and the city. Good transport links. Good variety on deliveroo and ubereats.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Snagging issues have been responded to but has taken a while

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Violet road and devons road can be slightly noisy. Snagging is something all new builds have but getting these issues fixed takes some time
