Great transport links to the motorway and good range of shops and restaurants just 5 minutes away at the Retail Park. The neighbourhood is quiet and provides a welcoming atmosphere. The presence of other families and professionals creates a sense of community. Large open green spaces add to the appeal; offering opportunities for outdoor activities.

Downside- traffic can build up coming out of the estate during busy times. Parking around the estate.

House design and aesthetic Spacious garden Ample driveway (3 parking spaces) Close to local amenities

Good - clean area with plenty of things to do. Close to the M4, 30 minutes to Bristol and 20 minutes to Cardiff Bad - traffic can sometimes be a lot if the m4 is closed

The traffic routes to and from the estate are always congested with school parents

What is the best feature of your home:

The garden is spacious and big and I love the colour of the rendering of the property

Parking and traffic is quiet. Easy to get to the motorway and close to the Newport retail park shopping facilities

The noise from the railway and community spirit. The railway I do not hear and the community have a Facebook page which is great

What is the best feature of your home:

The space you get around your home. With your drive and front gardens the houses are well spaced out
