Really great location, close to city centre. Theres a tram stop just opposite, nearby supermarkets and a few cafes

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team are always available to help out with any issues, especially Ryan who has been very quick to solve any of my problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking can be quite expensive within the building and also nearby car parks

Loudons Yard is in a fantastic location, edgbaston is a beautiful and vibrant place to be with a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants all serving quality products. Far enough outside of the city centre that you have space to slow down and enjoy the day but a short tram journey will take you to the heart of Birmingham.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues are being ironed out most have been outside of management control.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Regular activities arranged such as circuits in the gym, cooking in the private kitchen, movie nights and major sports events on the big screen.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is good as there are a lot of transport links, however I believe it is lacking nearer 24Hr stores.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues have been raised but any questions have been responded to quickly

I wish I knew that I can request to change the colours of the walls

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range of shops and bars around is very good, a nice variety of locally owned shops and pubs and chains like Morrisons.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff are very quick to respond to any issues raised

How close the transport links are and how long it takes to commute into the city centre

The local area has a great range of shops, restaurants, and bars, offering plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Open spaces are well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. Transport links are convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive to any issues I’ve raised, addressing them promptly and effectively. Their proactive approach has made my living experience much more enjoyable. The building management has responded very quickly to any issues I’ve raised, showing a strong sense of responsibility and care for residents.

I wish I could have moved in sooner because this place truly feels like home. The community and environment are wonderful, and I’ve already made great connections!
