L&Q needs help badly. The staff have no clue about their work and the services are very poor I tell everyone do not rent from these people!

How bad L&Q is and how they treat people and the flats are horrible, the services are horrible!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very close to public transport and loads of good restaurants around being in close proximity to the O2. However, there's a lack of larger supermarkets within walking distance. Lately there seems to also be an increase in crime in the area, but that may be a London wide issue instead of specifically to the area. Residents are also generally friendly and helpful people. Good community.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Main issue seems to be the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, which seems to be a common issue with most big organisations. They eventually got to the point, but they took longer than it should.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Noise from the other side of the river travels farther than one might expect!

Anti social behaviour is a real issue. We've had people being chased with machetes and killed outside our block, terribly frightening. Lots of drug issues that get reported but nothing done.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
the lower riverside manager ignored my emails and calls.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the service charge would double in just a few years, I would not have bought my flat. Its now unaffordable.

Parking is poor, I’ve tried to purchase a parking space but with no luck. Everything else is very good.

No access to the gym
What is the best feature of your home:
The view and location is amazing. The community feel is lovely as well

With local restaurants situated across the peninsula, greenwich is a place you will never go hungry.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Our landlord (L&Q) needs to hire a new manager for our part of the building as I've heard he recently quit. Our windows need a good washing and it would be nice to know that a lovely new build like this isnt being neglected so early in its life.
