Development is a lovely place with nice design and numerous facilities. Underground parking, high level security, modern in-house design and infrastructure, and of course a great communal garden for residents of the estate. There is a good range of shared ownership properties to choose from and they are very spacious. The downside is that on the nearby street neighbours are sometimes noisy, plus there is noise from the main road that can be heard from some rooms (not critical though).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport is not always convenient. Depending on the part of the building you are leaving at, main street can be a bit noisy (but nothing critical). Noise is usually not an issue, estate itself is great and going uphill area is very nice and quiet. A lot of small cafes/restaurants and shops nearby and very close proximity to Greenwich park are a big plus.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven't encountered any problems that require building management input yet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Postal code seems to be very new and some delivery companies are unable to find/recognise this address.
