Great location in Clapham Common. Private concierge withing a unique and secured area. Good views and quiet.

I really havent had any issues to discuss with the building management

It is too hot in the summer. Ventilation is not enough in the common areas

Location is good near parks, bars and restaurants.

The common areas get too hot. The flat gets too hot in the summer.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location near the park and near the underground. New development.

Fantastic area, all the amenies i want is available including a super market and cafe, also very quite around here, yet close enough to the high street

Natural lighting in the lower grounds isn't great, not enough sunlight.

There are High ceilings as it is a new build which is nice.

I like that it's so private even though it's a entrance area. I don't like it because you can hear everyone little noise.

Really accessible and secure.
