Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is fantastic with a great range of shops, pubs and restaurants in the village and in the surrounding areas with bigger towns not too far away. On the edge of the village so straight into the countryside but the village is also lovely to walk around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

House issues - responded quickly Garden issues dragged on a bit but that was due to third-party companies being involved

Nothing really. Very happy here.

Good sized development with adequate parking and good links to train when development is complete and path is open to the station and centre of village

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Urgent issues have been rectified in a good and timely fashion , general snags as always have been a little more challenging

Gardens are poorly landscaped and soil is poor

Lovely estate on the edge of a well served and friendly village. Great services, everything you need.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some issues fixed quickly, others ignored or brushed off.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check plumbing pipes, roof fixings and doors. The estate as a whole have had issues with these items.

Great range of local village shops and local pubs and a few nice little restaurants, development has a good link path through to train station and plenty of parking at house

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Developer has responded o.k on the whole to issues identified

Poor garden soil

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local Chinese is lovely and chip shop, not much choice of supermarket type shop with two co-ops and one village store which stocks co-op things, all quite expensive. Good transport links, will be better when they open up the path leading direct to the train station. Good parking avaliablity, lovely and quiet despite being near a train line, good on time bin collections, no traffic noise other than trains which you get used to but would have thought they would sound proof houses that are built right next to the train line. Neighbours have set up a Facebook page and we are planning a street event for the queen's jubilee.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, immediately sent out a plumber within the hour. Although submitted my snagging which my housing assosiation sent over and its been a few months and not heard a thing about the repairs

That the train line/trains really aren't a problem. I was a tad put off, and the first night thought oh god what have I done, after the second night I forgot they were there and people that visit say "wjats that noise" and I'm like " what noise" I just don't even notice anymore.
