Very good location with direct access to DLR and close to London Underground. A few pubs and takeaways nearby.

The quality of the building management officers, or lack of development facilities.

The flooring on the balcony is wooden and is therefore a fire hazard.

Really nice and quiet area, good cafe downstairs, great connections. I dislike the mess left by some of the locals who see the pavement as their personal bin.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are slow and often charge an extortionate amount for the work. They mishandled money poorly and need structure and reorganisation.

That this was affected with timber cladding issues

Construction around Noise Concierge Close to DLR and transport Everything is close in general

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are hard to get hold of so their response has been rather bad.

I wish I had known that there was construction in the area before moving in.?

I like the view I have of the greenery nearby however it would be better if it was cleaner.

I wish I had known about the buildings nearby being tall also.

Likes: Connectivity, tube stations A few stores around nearby Small park nearby Dislikes: Need more shops such as clothing Few restaurants

There isn’t really anything I wish I’d known before moving in.

I was fully satisfied with my flat upon purchase so I wouldn’t change anything.
