Its close to city centre, very beautilful building with aesthetic river views. Lot of place to walk and play with kids

They are quick to respond and helpful in fixing all the issues reported so far

I would say nothing in that sort so far. I hope there wont be any issues when i end the contract. so far no shock

It’s is a great area. Lots of things to do and great environment. Parking is available and no much traffic noise

They are dealt with very quickly. Always kept updated with developments.

The local area is excellent, with a great range of shops, restaurants, and bars offering high-quality options. Open spaces are well-maintained, providing plenty of greenery and places to relax. Transport links are very convenient, with frequent public transport services and easy access to major roads. Living on this street is very pleasant, with good parking availability, regular bin collections, and minimal traffic noise. The neighborhood is safe, with a friendly community and no issues with anti-social behavior.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been excellent, responding quickly and efficiently to any issues raised. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication is clear and professional. They ensure the property remains well-maintained, clean, and secure at all times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how well-managed and friendly the community is—it’s a great place to live! Also, the local transport links are incredibly convenient, making commuting easy. A helpful tip for new neighbors: parking spaces can fill up quickly in the evenings, so securing a spot earlier is a good idea. Overall, the area has exceeded expectations in terms of comfort, safety, and amenities.

I am staying in Merlin Wharf from last one year and and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The day I moved in, I was impressed by the ambience, amenities, and the overall atmosphere of the community. The Merlin Wharf apartment is close to City Center, Londis, Tesco Super store, St Margaret's bus station, Abbey park, Castle garden, DMU Leisure center all very nearby (10 mins by walk). So many restaurants nearby by, a very happening place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any requests I’ve submitted were handled on time and efficiently. From my experience I must say the staff here are very experienced and skillful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was well informed by Merkel and Sapna about all facilities and relevant documents was shared with me to navigate within the premise. Recently they have completed a recreation room, adjacent to Gym which I liked it very much.
