Our street is quet and we have nice neighbours but the wirral area is getting bad. The rents high and the area not the safest. In general i could give a 7 of 10 to live here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If the problem looks big they comes n repair in time. The boiler check and electricity safty ppl /company are not really care if you are home that day or not. I don't like anyone in the property if i'm not in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Muddy garden in rainy days. The property rent goes so much high.

There are shops and travel links locally, both train and bus. There has been some antisocial behaviour in recent months. Neighbours are mostly nice and we like living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been prompt at responding to requests.

The level of some of the antisocial behaviour is a lot.

Nice quite neighborhood, friendly neighbors, close to transport links and shop. Can be some anti social behavior at times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If anything is broken easy to ring up and they will usually come out next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We ended up not having a viewing but when we first moved in we were surprised at how nice and big the house actually was. Very accurate pics online.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice estate, however it’s in a rough area, therefore we don’t tend to walk anywhere in our area and we tend to drive even if its 5 minutes down the road. Good transport links both trains and buses right outside the estate. Nice and quiet enough if you don’t live on the main road. Poor parking as only enough space for 1 car on the drive, therefore the estate is full of vans etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only if you chase them for months on end they eventually sort it.

I wish I knew how much stress rental companies cause

Shops are close to the property. Haven't got nice pub arround here for young ppl but has good restaurant. Parking availability is really goon in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They really quick to fix the problems. Ellie is wonderful and kind always happy to see her on property check days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It was better to know the landlord doesn't deal with the tenants. No roll in contracts for ppl who pays rent regulary. Difficult documentum checks
