Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We've just been informed by our neighbours that there has been planning permission granted for a KFC to be built on Elsmere Road (Right opposite our house). Both Crest Nicholson and the Council have failed to inform us. Currently we are opposing this and have put in an official complaint. Avoid this area along with the hassle.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were incorrectly advised by Crest Nicholson our Service year fee would be £95 and we've now received a letter advising the fee is £382. False information was provided by Crest and they've refused to take any ownership.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature would be our landing due to the openess.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

For people who don’t drive, it is remote and even the nearest bus stop is a fair walk away. Shops, restaurants etc are far away. Being disabled it makes getting around difficult. Please register post code early before moving people in as deliveries and taxi drivers cannot find us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bus routes, accessibility to shops and other facilities.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the school area. Lovely parks and local shops ... well within driving distance. Hate: no school and shops within walking distance and walks ways don’t reach local school

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The distance between the house and local amenities and schools.

Nice convenient retail park near by. Good motorway connections

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly they have been very helpful and responsive, a few delays on fixes but nothing terrible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think that you get a very clear impression on what you will get from a viewing,I have no regrets.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The surrounding areas have great amenities (restaurants, a big supermarket, good doctors and schools). Close to MK shopping centre as well as Woburn High Street. The actual development site could benefit from a local shop as the closest is the petrol station at half a mile or Tescos at a mile. Around 4 miles to MK train station for quick trains to London or about 1.5 miles to Woburn station. Buses are currently limited from the site but this should be remedied in the future.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We bought our house late in the day with little chance to change features, had we moved in earlier we would have probably changed some lighting adding wall fixtures or a second ceiling light to the living room as the space is quite large for just one light.

What is the best feature of your home:

We like the living room being in the back of the house for privacy and the french windows view to the garden.
