There are a bunch of bars and restaurants around the area and grocery store in walking distance. A new bakery has just opened up and it's adorable!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have always been very responsive addressing any issues in no time

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The water taxi is very close by and takes you to the Royal Armories in about 15 minutes

My time at Tower Works was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The location is ideal, with excellent links to the city centre and the train station just across the canal. Living by the waterfront offers a perfect balance—providing easy access to scenic walks while remaining close to the heart of the city. Despite its central location, the development feels like a peaceful retreat, with plenty of open space that creates a sense of calm away from the urban bustle.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had one issue with some air conditioning in the building causing a banging in the walls, this was dealt with swiftly and can’t fault the service

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was shared a video of the apartment before signing, however this turned out to be a different plot in the building and I ended up in a corner plot with opposing windows nearby. HOWEVER, this was the responsibility of “HomeMade” who made the error and not TowerWorks

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is no parking on site which can be a con but the development is so close to the city centre that you wouldn't really need one anyway!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So quickly and no question is a stupid question meaning I can ask whatever and get a thorough response

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I know the team do their best to sort parcels in the parcel room but sometimes you have to search for a while!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really good area, not too busy or loud and nice and close to the train station and nice bars. There isn’t really any anti-social behaviour, sometimes there is noise from people on the canal but this is expected.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, Property management is fabulous however, we didn’t have any hot water for 3 days and the lovely woman at the desk opened another apartment for us to use which was great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The community feel isn’t really as big as it was advertised. No one really smiles or talks to you and we were promised community events etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range of activities around the complex is a massive bonus as you’ll never be short of anything to do and there’s a great community feel

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within 24 hours our maintenance issues have been solved

Everything was made very clear before moving in and we’ve not had any surprises yet.
