Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have liked living at mustard wharf which is a great location close to the city. It is located next to the train station so is great for commuting to York and nice when returning home when tired.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had one issue with my washing machine however it was due to the filter being full. The lady came up the same day and showed me how to empty this for future.

There is nothing I wish I had known and any questions I have had I have asked to reception.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Blends city living with access to the countryside. Friendly locals and a buzzing food scene whether you want an incredible coffee, fancy meal on the canal or a quick sausage roll add to the charm of living here. If you stroll a little further you can hop on a quaint boat and head to a museum. The on site facilities are exceptional.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responds promptly to issues, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency. They maintain clear communication, ensuring concerns are addressed quickly and effectively. Regular updates and follow-ups show their commitment to resolving problems and preventing recurrence. Their proactive, customer-focused approach fosters trust and creates a positive experience for residents or tenants.

Make sure you get a coffee subscription, the coffee is incredible.

Great area, a good range of shop but I’d say lack of bars. Transport is pretty good however parking is a nightmare!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues raised as of yet so can’t comment on the response

Parking issues is the main issues we have, if we could use the courtyard that would be miles better

Close to the city centre, nice neighbours. The events organised are wonderful and so enjoyable they foster real joy and community. Kourtney is amazing at organising the events

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes in a timely manner. Fast and helpful and very polite and accommodating to schedules

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Electric bill is very high. Radiators don’t work very well and don’t keep apartment warm

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area, lots of things to do including bars and restaurants. Everything is tidy and clean in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, no issues to report, always been friendly and nice.
