Mustard Wharf at Tower Works, LS1

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have liked living at mustard wharf which is a great location close to the city. It is located next to the train station so is great for commuting to York and nice when returning home when tired.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had one issue with my washing machine however it was due to the filter being full. The lady came up the same day and showed me how to empty this for future.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing I wish I had known and any questions I have had I have asked to reception.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the area - it has so many places within walking distance and homely local pubs which are great for afterwork drinks. The apartments are located next to Leeds Train station which is convenient and for being so close, we are not disturbed by noise or traffic. Anti social behavior is not an issue, all the residents who live here are in similar circumstances to ourselves and it has been nice to meet likeminded people at the events that are put on by the site team.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have been great throughout my tenancy and extremely approachable when needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A tip for any neighbor is not to forget about the roof terrace in the Giotto building - as this tends to be quieter in Summer than the others and has come great spaces to entertain including sofas, which are really comfy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Granary Wharf is one of the nicer parts of the city, with great connections to train, bus and motorway access.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I experienced an issue with my washing machine when I first moved in, however within days this was replaced and I was provided access to another apartment to allow me to wash anything when needed, which was a great touch!

There are many events hosted on site which create a great opportunity to meet new people but also live a social life without having to leave the building. There was a recent quiz night which was fantastic and hosted by a brilliant and charismatic quiz master.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of Mustard Wharf is the best in the city. It is so central however has a calm and peaceful feel.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have never had any issues that I have needed to report with my apartment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When it came to deciding, I questioned whether I wanted to spend as much on rent however I can safely say that I would not live anywhere else.

Tower works as a development is perfectly located, well maintained and the staff are brilliant - especially Ellen.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the team are quick, responsive and there have been minimal issues.

Highly recommend tower works. Lots of on site events and new businesses are popping up now!
