There are a bunch of bars and restaurants around the area and grocery store in walking distance. A new bakery has just opened up and it's adorable!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have always been very responsive addressing any issues in no time

The water taxi is very close by and takes you to the Royal Armories in about 15 minutes

Literally a short walk to everything you could need! Wonderful cafes, restaurants, and bars just moments away. Close to Trinity Mall, Crown Point, and the train station. It's right in the city centre but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy beautiful surroundings with easy access to nature walks and fitness facilities like hot yoga, Barrecore, and Trib3. Perfect!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everyone at the front-desk was lovely, approachable and were always willing to help. Ellen's fantastic and was super prompt in times of need!

I really can't fault anything ... I registered, someone got in touch immediately, I viewed the place within the week and secured the place I requested. Had a range of places to view. The entire process was just really smooth.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects range from the local cafes and eatery’s, to how close to the station we are for transport. No bad aspects I can think of!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Brett has been class with any issues we’ve had, always here promptly and on time and fixing issues with ease every time.

How far down the list of car parking spots I’d be when I moved in! Would absolutely love a spot.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

So easy to walk into town, everything is on your door step! I also have family and friends who come to visit so being next to the train station is. a bonus too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Brett and Laura have been amazing! They always fix any issues quickly and are so friendly. We are new tenants so Brett has checked a lot of things out for us - special thanks to Brett :)

I was unable to get the discounted room rate at Double Tree for my family so it may be worth speaking with them about the deal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is absolutely amazing! Just 5 minutes from the city center, with shops and cafés only 2 minutes away, and best of all, just 3 minutes from the train station. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always quick and helpful!! Never had an issue
