The Mylo Mangment Team I absolute “grand” they are helping in any situation very swiftly. Very pleasant to have lived there

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swiftly and very fast ususaly in less then 12 hours

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The early termination fee was unexpected and we could have used the money for further funding our lives as we were students

It's a great area to get in and out of London. The tube station (Nine Elms) is directly below allowing for extreme convenience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, as the development begins to age, it is natural there will be repairs needed. However the team (Kornelijus in particular) is prompt to respond and will stay on top of the issue until resolved. Could not be more pleased in this area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The wind makes almost all terraces unusable for more of the year.

Nearby transport, local food shops, close to amenities and night life. Everything is pretty convenient, we never have any trouble with transport.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick, reliable and professional. Always solving my problems no matter how big or small

Nothing to add here really, everything was thoroughly explained during and on our move in process.

This building is really close to the tube station, I like that it takes less than 30minutes to get to anywhere in Central London. People are all friendly and kind here. Decent communal areas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management and the on site maintenance group is very responsive and promising. I would always receive reply from them. Maintenance team would also come and try to solve the issue at my flat before leaving. Reception team might need more trainings. Some always leave the access door to the lift lobby unlocked. Also, some were unwilling to take parcels at later time of the day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The physical condition of my flat. I was visiting a flat with similar layout on another floor. Not a list of recorded items were available before tenancy.

The area is well-equipped with a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, offering a good mix of options. There are also plenty of open spaces nearby, such as Battersea Park, perfect for relaxation. Transport links are a highlight, with Vauxhall Station and Nine Elms tube station within walking distance, making it easy to get around London. However, during peak hours, public transport can become crowded, and traffic congestion is noticeable on main roads.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been proactive and responsive, ensuring that any issues raised are handled efficiently and professionally. Their commitment to maintaining a high standard of living is commendable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The communal facilities, like the gym and resident lounge, are excellent and enhance the living experience. The management team is approachable, and the building’s cleanliness and security are top-notch. The convenient location near transport links and the vibrant neighborhood are definite highlights to look forward to!
