Not particularly good amenities in the area parking for visitors is an utter joke

They don't listen and are incompetent to say the least

Wish I'd known how utterly useless Hyde housing are

Local shops are very good. Nice scenery too. There is a lot of littering around for 9thet tenanats. Throwing out of windows and off balconys

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have worked on them but not always resolved them

That the apartment above can be very noisey without them trying to be

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is brilliant, we have the best of both worlds as we are a 3 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Greenwich village while are area is nice and quiet. There is a selection of pubs, shops, parks and transport within walking distance. The only negative is that those that spill out from the closest pub late at night can forget there are people living around them, however the security for the development are usually on hand to move them on. Overall the positives massively out weight that negative.

The boiler makes a lot of noise! And there is always a lot of dust and fluff which comes from the ventilation system, it's annoying and if we had known about it I think we would have asked more questions to understand it and what we can do to manage it, as once we moved in the realtor just ignored us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

While we don't have a car, we've considered it and the cost to rent a parking space isn't worth it. So if there was a space per flat that would be helpful. Also the broadband/TV set up isn't great. In order to get BT a wire would need to run from the front door effectively through the hall and around the living room to reach the tv. So we've stuck with the basic package and trying to get any better package would mean drilling through walls, so it seems that wasn't considered when they built the complex.

Nice houses, good transport link and historical place. One bad thing is that we don't have window cleaning regularly.

Museums, university
