Floor to ceiling windows, location, gym, concierge

There are 3 DLR and 1 Jubilee stations nearby(within walking distance). Canary Wharf with its shopping mall and restaurants is 15-20 min walk.

Security level is very low, bicycles are stolen regularly

The floor heating would be great in winter. In the summer the apartment is nice and cool

Lack of shops and restaurants

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No need as I haven’t had any issues that I needed to raise

How hot the flats get during the summer

What is the best feature of your home:

The bedrooms in the flat I live in are really spacious

We really like having very close shops like Lidl and Tesco in our area - as well as having Canary wharf so love. It only takes 30 mins to get into the city on the DLR.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I do wish that we decided to rent a two bed flat instead of a one. It is great having the flat but I'd prefer to have a small working space in a second bedroom instead in the living room/kitchen. Or it would have been nice to have the kitchen and livingr oom separated a little bit by a partitioned wall or something like that.

What is the best feature of your home:

The big windows which makes the apartment feel nice and airy.
