Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a little tesco and a nisa near by. The big Asda is also close by. There is no visitor parking or options to park for anyone coming in to do work. Bin collections are an absolute disaster. We have had weeks with no collections and bins piled up nearly 2m high. Rats and roaches are running around. The roads are open to all even though they are private so people all come in and use the circles for parties and places to sit in their cars and drink and take drugs. When asked to move along they turn their music up and disturb us till the early hours of the morning
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They don’t respond or send a generic email saying it’s not their problem
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If I’d known how poor L&Q were I would never have bought.
What is the best feature of your home:
Appliances are great and the underfloor heating is lovely

The location is fantastic for quick access to canary wharf and various public transport links. It is a great location, off the busy road and right by the river
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Property management are slow at resolving issues and require constant prompts
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Would have chosen a high floor for better views, aside from this all good.
What is the best feature of your home:
The layout, amount of light and being close to the river.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
New Union Wharf is a short distance away from Canary Wharf. This is where you would find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Transport links are ideal. The Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line and DLR are close by. Also, there are various buses. I personally hear no traffic as I live nearer the river. I live on a car free zone and on street parking is available from 5.30pm until 8am. The development I live on is patrolled by a car management team. We have URS bins to dispose of rubbish and recycling. However, collections are missed and residents do not use these correctly. We have recently had a change of Neighbourhood Management and hopefully will be a lot better than our last one! Watch this space. Like all new developments there are a few learning curves to be taken note of. However, there is a great Community spirit here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As we have recently had a change of Neighbourhood Management, this has yet to be seen.

How things within your home work. As well as, an insight to your service charge. What exactly are you paying for?

Great place to live, easy access to Canary Wharf with all its facilities. Lots of local bars, restaurants and shops! Very quiet at night, and good mix of local and new residents in the building, giving a nice community feel.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quick to respond to issues and easy to deal with. Never had a problem.

Area is very peaceful at night, despite being located near a busy main road.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very close to DLR and Canary Wharf stations. Walkable distance to many pubs and restaurants in the hub of Canary Wharf. Great place to have a walk or a jog in the parks surrounding here. View with River Thames is an added bonus. Local shops like ASDA and Nisa and just around the corner providing no hassle in getting groceries or milk at late nights. Bin Collections have been satisfactory, always cleaning when the bins get full.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Customer service is good. I had an issue with the heating and it got resolved in no time.

Nothing in particular. Management informed us in detail about all the services before hand.
