Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is close to the city centre, designer shops, supermarkets , theatre, cinema, great restaurants and cool bars The coach station is a stone throw away, the train station is less than 10 minutes by taxi. There’s ample parking, the surroundings are quiet and green and it feels like living in a resort!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt response to any issues, very efficient service any time of day and night. I had all my maintenance issues resolved quickly and the staff is not only competent but also friendly and patient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was aware of everything I needed to know before moving in due to the thorough viewing process, the inventory system provided so much information and the staff is so knowledgeable about the area.

Living in Moda, New York Square is perfect. Close enough to city centre but far enough from the hustle and bustle.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick and responsive. Always sort enquiry or problem within 0-1 day.

How cold the room is even if heater is on. Could feel cold air passing through the window seals

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of NYSquare is by far one of the best in the city. Perfectly located right opposite the main bus station which sisters the national express terminal you can get anywhere in the country quite easily. It is also 15 minutes walking from the train station. Parking is available on site for an additional cost, but there is cheap parking nearby with the NCP or street parking. Bins are emptied quite regularly and it is far enough away from the main road that there is no traffic noise. It also has a sainsburys within the compound so convenience is great. Leeds is a vibrant city with a lot to do and this property is a great introduction to it with constant number of events and collaborations with local restaurants and bars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Having on site maintenance is great for any small issues. Yes, standard wear and tear happen and on occassion things outside the building control happen like lack of hot water but the team are very helpful when it comes to providing information and updates.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

During my tenancy time change I noticed a shift in the residents from a more corporate level to student level. A breakdown would have been good to know and potentially areas of policing when it comes to noise or cleanliness issues left by othe residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in the heart of city centre/ walking distance to shopping, restaurants and many more, I love the ease of access.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always available to any issues addressed. The app is easy to use and if you have any issues speaking to the receptionist always helps.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking facilities as it was a little challenging to unload my things. But later was advised that it's easier to bring things from the back of the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really well placed, bus station 5 min walk Victoria shopping centre 5 min walk, all bars and restaurants are walking distance as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is an app and you can log tickets for any issue or concern.
