Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is close to the city centre, designer shops, supermarkets , theatre, cinema, great restaurants and cool bars The coach station is a stone throw away, the train station is less than 10 minutes by taxi. There’s ample parking, the surroundings are quiet and green and it feels like living in a resort!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt response to any issues, very efficient service any time of day and night. I had all my maintenance issues resolved quickly and the staff is not only competent but also friendly and patient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was aware of everything I needed to know before moving in due to the thorough viewing process, the inventory system provided so much information and the staff is so knowledgeable about the area.

Near shops and transportation. Easy access to work and entertainment which makes my life easier. Would recommend living for any young professional

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes every time they would respond in one day or less, when our washing machine was broken they fixed it immediately. We were given an alternative method in the meantime

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we knew more about the gym space as it’s useful but does require more machinery especially for legs

Good Aspects: - Central Location: Moda Leeds is perfectly situated near the city Centre, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. - Amenities:The area benefits from nearby parks, fitness centres, and public transport links, making it convenient and active. -Community Vibe With regular events and a mix of residents, the area feels inclusive and social. Bad Aspects: Limited Parking:Parking options can be restrictive for residents or visitors. There should be something in place for visitors to park

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swiftly with anything. Alex has been at my apartment to solve any major issue within a time frame of five minutes

That there is nothing within the development for resident visitors to park

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Whilst the building is close to the centre of Leeds, its almost on the wrong side of the city. Its a less desirable side as alot of the nice bars and restaurants are on the other side of town. Its heavily used by students which is fine, there are alot of students, skateboarders outside the main entrance of the property when i returned each night from works. On site limited to Sainsbury's express and no bars or restaurants. The rear view looks over a construction site. Facilities in the building are good though and we never had any issues with noise or anti social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only problems were with water which were sorted out very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We thought we were getting a better view and didn't realise we would be staying in Rhodes East and not the main building. However this was fine as it was only temporary accommodation for a year whilst we worked in Leeds.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The PERFECT location, the reception staff are some of the loveliest people I’ve met especially Charlotte, Shari and Courtney. Sainsbury’s right next door is amazing! Also right next to the bus station. Can get crowded with students as there is a college right next door. Bit annoying there’s no free parking for the tenants or guests.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

10/10. Everyone has always been super helpful and quick with sorting any problems or issues for me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The washing machine dryer function doesn’t fully work on certain modes (clothes are left still slightly damp so you need to choose the longer drying cycle). Other than that, nothing else comes to mind! It’s been a great experience.
