Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is close to the city centre, designer shops, supermarkets , theatre, cinema, great restaurants and cool bars The coach station is a stone throw away, the train station is less than 10 minutes by taxi. There’s ample parking, the surroundings are quiet and green and it feels like living in a resort!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt response to any issues, very efficient service any time of day and night. I had all my maintenance issues resolved quickly and the staff is not only competent but also friendly and patient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was aware of everything I needed to know before moving in due to the thorough viewing process, the inventory system provided so much information and the staff is so knowledgeable about the area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Easy access to transport links - bus station is across the road and train station is approx 10 min walk away. Can walk to anywhere in the city and we're only a car ride away from good parks such as Roundhay and Golden Acre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team are quick to resolve any issues I have had previously, and the concierge team work around the clock so there's always someone available when needed.

I wish I had known how many friends I would meet here! I've truly made friends for life.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best place to live I really enjoyed the stay and will keep staying over. Such a good area to live in and great staff that work over here. Especially the night staff such as Sotiris. He helped me establish a new life here and made me good friends with alot of people from moda living New York square.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never raised any issues because there wasn’t any to start with

Moda living New York square I wish I knew about this building before so I could have stayed over

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are in the heart of the centre and only walking distance to shopping centres, restaurants and right next door the Leeds West Yorkshire Playhouse! A lovely commute on a sunny day around town.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've not had to report any issues or problems so far but I have met the facilities team and are very friendly.

Nothing negative to post here! I'm having such a wonderful experience!

Living in Moda, New York Square is perfect. Close enough to city centre but far enough from the hustle and bustle.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick and responsive. Always sort enquiry or problem within 0-1 day.

How cold the room is even if heater is on. Could feel cold air passing through the window seals
