Location is super central (Zone 1) and you can get to Mayfair, the City, Chelsea, Kensington etc... very easily and quickly There is also a very large Sainsburys on the ground floor which is incredibly handy In very close walking distance you have parks (Battersea Park, Kennington Park), and the River Thames

The concierge team are really amazing, always super helpful and friendly

What is the best feature of your home:

Very large master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like that the area is really friendly. I do not like the amount of construction work that is within the area.

There is nothing as I already expected what I had got.

I like the convenience of Sainsbury’s and station really close by! I don’t particularly like the construction close by!

They didn’t finish construction of other flats on our floor so there’s a smell of paint lingering! I always wish there was air cooling in more than one spot in the house! Not just the main bedroom and living room!

I like that it’s close to tube station and I dislike that there’s lots of building works

Nothing I really enjoy living here

Building is New and morden. Not a lot to do in this area and Construction is a bit inconvenient

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature in the house is theAir conditioning. Especially useful when the weather is really hot.
