The location is quite nice. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Transport is always available; a bus station and Sutton station are nearby. I have nothing to complain about the location, only the parking for the car is paid for in the Northumberland House

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are usually responsive it takes few days to solve the issue but I m ok with that

I wish I had known the problem of the lift , and hygiene

Good stuff very easy to get to Central London. Bad stuff could be a little bit more off-licences to open till late.

Usually say for example, the light goes out in one or two days someone comes in fixes it

Something I wish I knew before I moved in that the lift sometimes does not work

It's on high street with many shops at closer proximity. Tescobis newly opened. Very cleanly maintained.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are good at that. I raised 3 issues heating meter not showing reading, winfk not closing and washroom door. They fixed it in 3 days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

1 lift is working out of 2. Good thing is that less noise and I am working from home without any problem.

Warm during winter, terrible during summer because there is no ventilation and windows cant open fully

They respond quite well. Within two working days they send someone to fix.

You pay for parking. When you join as a resident you will pay foe parking still.

Close to everything ,quiet at night good location to be next for the station bust stop is across the road and parking provided

No response from most emails,if an engineer comes to see the issue they will say they will monitor it and never resolve it

Rent increase every year and the poor standard of cleanliness
