great area to live in, many nice shops, restaurants and gyms in the area. good transport links from the station. traffic is busy on the main road but you get used to it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not from London so wish I knew more about management fees. norwich house is lucky to have an RTM which keeps them low but other places seem to be unaffordable.

What is the best feature of your home:

Flats are small but easy to maintain. good sun light and retain the heat. love the view over the city.

Very close to local shops and Streatham Hill station everything what you need is at hand along with variety of pubs and restaurants.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a good variety of independent shops, fitness studios/gyms and eateries along streatham high road. There are a number of small grocery shops nearby (Tesco express, co-op, Sainsbury’s) which is convenient but it would be good to have a larger supermarket within walking distance as the smaller stores can be quite limited in their variety.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had previously raised issues with regards to gas bill payments about which building management were reluctant to share information on.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good- the building feels very secure. Bad- I was told that there were gas charges for the building a couple of years after moving in after initially being told that bills would be for water and electricity only.

The area is well served and has a lot of shops for essentials and nightlife. The transport links is great for commuting to the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

great and service goes over expectations feels like part of the family .

That parking was not included is the only issue.
