The design of these buildings are terrible and badly thought out Front Doors hung on the wrong side meaning as soon as you enter the home there is an obstacle course of hiding behind the door to allow people in where you can't see them or if anyone is behind them or backing down the 30ft hallway then getting them to either close the door themselves or shuffle down the hallway then shuffle back up to close the door after them . Also large Glass by Front door gives Burglars a better view of you 30ft before you get to the door very BAD for Security...... & CCTV Never Works Staff don't help they allow ASB to continue rather than ACCEPT their Building are FLAWED so blame tenants rather than FIX the Issues.. Before you Buy TRY... Do an Air BnB rent a room for a night a hear/see for yourself.. Buyers BEWARE . Kitchen far to small for visitors and space for only a Fridge Freezer.. NO under Counter Space for Washer Driers Dish Washer.. Cupboard in Hallway for Washing Machine that means you can't store any washing near the machine dues to it then blocking the hallway making access to your front door or bathroom hard. The walls rattle when people upstairs walk jump skip across there up stairs maisonette you can from 2 floors down hear the stairs the floors from upstairs In my Living Room I can hear my neighbours toilet flushing shower running bath emptying at all hours of the day it's AWFUL (they don't always wash their hands) Garden fences to small so you HAVE to see neighbours Echo's from Buildings is awful No real storage space. there are 2 in hallways but one has Washing machine in and the other a Freezer as no space in the kitchens that are badly built

Used to be a local community & be vibrant now we’ve lost 2 play areas, a skate board park, hills and trees a community centre that celebrated the estate & was always open to residents. Now it’s a load of cardboard boxes piled on top of each other. Maisonettes are terrible in design washing machines fitted in the hallway making access to it awkward with people trying to pass by or get into the toilet which door is behind washing machines door ? no space in kitchen for washing machine tumble drier dishwasher or extra freezer.. no sound proofing can hear doors slamming stairs banging floors being walked on all day long like living under an underpass.! Lacking hot water and heating because of a 40 year contract with Eon. Do not move on to here if you can help it.

These building lack sound proofing which causes tension between residents From 2 floors below you can hear washing machine & tumble driers chairs being pulled out and so on, very badly designed, unsure if there is fire retardant between walls to. Very badly designed front door opens wrong way basic building error, washing machine fitted in cupboard making to awkward to get washing out of machine without having to get around doors not possible in a wheelchair, Building built with very little knowledge of families and how they live day to day no space in kitchen for washing machine, dish washer extra freezer, terrible designed
