Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It would be great if the layout of certain areas of the house was better; to allow for ergonomics and installation of certain white goods. Also it would be amazing if there better transport links to the centre or more local shops. Finally, outside the paved areas, it feels quite like a marshland where the grass area holds so much water and therefore makes it difficult to go for walks. It raises concerns of flooding if there is continuous rain for a few days.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the have been very helpful whenever I spoken to them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had great difficulty installing my washing machine. The distance between the space allocation for my washing machine and the drainage is too great; along with the slots provided for cable tidy towards the drainage is too awkward to access.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I am really happy about this area development. I would like to give you some suggestions that I think would be great for the community. 1) dental surgery 2) pet daycare 3) Lidl or Aldi local shops ( because many people go to Bletchley to do shopping at Lidle or Aldi. Some people don’t like Asda.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far they did it so well. Some staff members who ever attended for my problems honestly try to help me

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The main thing we concerned about is the dump yard. They said they are going to move it with in few months time. But it’s been long years now. It’s still there and getting bigger

Local shops on our door stop which is convenient. Shame doctors aren't closer. Bus route but only covers one side of estate.

Know our rights with faults when buying new builds. Getting issues solved.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location of house to where the shops, school and lakes are.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like - strong community presence on the local facebook group. Dislike - The landfill usage being extended and resulting odor issues in the summer. Limited visible maintenance of the green and road areas around the estate. Some areas that have been in place for years don't appear to be 'finished'.

Landfill being extended. Lack of accountability from TW and Trinity actually maintaining the whole estate and not the bare minimum focusing on flats only.

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious design, having a top floor dedicated to a en-suite bedroom.

I live in newton leys, is really a fantastic area for families and people that enjoy a tranquility place, i really enjoy the parks around, we are surround by lakes and trees. the local place to shop is ASDA ( unfortunately the only market available), but u can get fish and chips in a family bussiness as like chinese food aswell. is a Costa also available if u enjoy having coffee out . What i wish to change here is that would be great to have more options to shop around that is not just Asda, and the landfield where became a deposit for garbage. The community is really friendly !

i just wished to know that a landfield for garbage place was about to exist, i had no idea about it, beside that i love the area!
