Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good: Location, location, location. Gym, parking, concierge. Bad: Heating is switched off in summer. Sink blockage issues. Still not share of freehold. Would be nice to join a resident group if there is one. Is there anyway to found out how?

Yes but one problem is repeating itself which is not ideal.

That communal heating will be switched off in summer.
