Such bad and unprofessional property management. Badly constructed complex. No time of day where there's peace. Either dogs barking for hours, partying going on all night or when the bin man arrives which sounds like you're in the middle of a battlefield. It's madness

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

After some time they respond. Then after some more time they observe the issue. Then after more time they try to resolve situation

Everything that estate agent didn't mention

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops are OK and improving, and Transport links are very good. The Elizabeth line is opening next year as well. We have witnessed no antisocial behaviour outside our estate, however our builder Redrow Homes, without telling us, has access to our block to anyone who wishes to use our lift. Redrow have not been honest with the residents, and have carried out shoddy work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pinnacle Management have been less than helpful when it comes to bringing Redrow to account. The residents of Padcroft have had to apply maximum pressure on Pinnacle, to make sure Redrow resolves all the outstanding issues prior to handing over the property to the residents.

Giving other residents access to our block, without prior consulting the residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is near a recycling centre who make loads of noise. The road has high speed trucks constantly going up and down which can be dangerous. The HS2 construction can be heard at all times throughout the night. Parking is fine there is an area where you are only limited not to park there Monday to Friday between 12pm and 1pm. So if anyone is visiting you can tell them to park there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With no time bound commitment. Having to constantly chase things up.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I knew the service charges would remain so high and the lack of urgency to get things done, I would not have purchased this property.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living in West Drayton, as it’s quite a small neighbourhood but we still have good offer of supermarkets, pharmacies, GP and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they have been great dealing with the issues I had such as the sealing in the balcony door wasn’t great and it was a bit cold in the bedroom.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is 2 minutes away from the canal, which is lovely to go for a walk.

Everything is in vicinity, availability is good. Parking availability, bin collection is good too. Will recommend. Price is on a higher side.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well responsive management which resolves issues swiftly.
