Love living here. Great environment and close to all the amenities you need. Coffee shops, gyms etc.

Any issue we have encountered they have been on immediately.

Nothing really. We were made aware of everything prior to move in.

Living on Pall Mall Street in Liverpool offers great convenience. The area is well-connected, with public transport links to the city center and beyond. Local shops, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance, offering a variety of options. There are also green spaces nearby, such as St. John’s Gardens, perfect for relaxation.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management of the building are very kind, helpful and good people, who always open to help you

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only one thing that I don’t like, that it’s not park around, because I have a dog and it’s kind of important for me. Everything else is perfect

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pall mall Press is near the port, 10 minutes away from the gym and 25 minutes to walk to a big grocery shop; however, some local stores are closer. The nearest one is about 2 minutes from the building. The location is perfect as It is closer to the city centre but not that close to clubs, traffic noise, parties or loud sounds. It feels as well as a safe location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good, However, they take a while to repair the lifts

If you're new to renting in the UK, it’s helpful to know how to pay the water bill, electricity, and council tax from the start. It’s quite different from my home country, so there were a few things I had to learn and ask about after living in the building for a month.

Local area offers a diverse range of shops, restaurants, stores and bars. The city center boasts popular shopping destinations like Liverpool One and Bold Street, catering to various tastes and budgets.

The building management has been responsive to issues raised, addressing them promptly and efficiently

The app is fantastic for making payments. It's incredibly user-friendly and efficient.

Life on our street is good. Close enough to town without being noisy. No asbo, huge car park near by

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven't had any issues to report, so no. I expect there'd be no issue though

That we'd found it earlier. Stark difference in moving compared to other places in Liverpool. Easy and quick.
