Love living here. Great environment and close to all the amenities you need. Coffee shops, gyms etc.

Any issue we have encountered they have been on immediately.

Nothing really. We were made aware of everything prior to move in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pall mall Press is near the port, 10 minutes away from the gym and 25 minutes to walk to a big grocery shop; however, some local stores are closer. The nearest one is about 2 minutes from the building. The location is perfect as It is closer to the city centre but not that close to clubs, traffic noise, parties or loud sounds. It feels as well as a safe location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good, However, they take a while to repair the lifts

If you're new to renting in the UK, it’s helpful to know how to pay the water bill, electricity, and council tax from the start. It’s quite different from my home country, so there were a few things I had to learn and ask about after living in the building for a month.

Local area offers a diverse range of shops, restaurants, stores and bars. The city center boasts popular shopping destinations like Liverpool One and Bold Street, catering to various tastes and budgets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive to issues raised, addressing them promptly and efficiently

The app is fantastic for making payments. It's incredibly user-friendly and efficient.

Life on our street is good. Close enough to town without being noisy. No asbo, huge car park near by

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven't had any issues to report, so no. I expect there'd be no issue though

That we'd found it earlier. Stark difference in moving compared to other places in Liverpool. Easy and quick.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve been living in Pall Mall Press for about 5 months now and it’s wonderful. Everything worth doing is a short walk away, and anything further is super accessible by bus. There’s a corner shop 2 minutes up the road, a fair few supermarkets to choose from nearby and a little selection of pubs to choose from if you’re looking for a new local. Neighbours can sometimes be quite loud in the courtyard which my bedroom faces, but the management of the building are always on the ball with ensuring this behaviour is stopped as soon as possible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was an issue with a neighbour who we were worried about and the management were immediate with their response, ensuring everything was dealt with in a timely manner.
