Love living here. Great environment and close to all the amenities you need. Coffee shops, gyms etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issue we have encountered they have been on immediately.

Nothing really. We were made aware of everything prior to move in.

Life on our street is good. Close enough to town without being noisy. No asbo, huge car park near by

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven't had any issues to report, so no. I expect there'd be no issue though

That we'd found it earlier. Stark difference in moving compared to other places in Liverpool. Easy and quick.

We would like to thank all the staff at pall mall. Each staff member has been amazing, Georgie the manager, Kat and Amy the office staff, Steve and Chris, Jenny the cleaning lady. We are so grateful to have you all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond within 24 hours and all issues are resolved immediately

I would definitely recommend this building to friends and work colleagues

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment is ideally located just a 15-minute walk from the city center and only 10 minutes from Albert Dock, offering a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. There are plenty of shops and malls nearby, making it easy to meet daily shopping needs. Both the local train station and main railway station are easily accessible. Within a 10-minute walk, there is a food court—a great spot to relax after work. The apartment is well-managed, with convenient facilities for waste disposal and package storage.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team is professional and responsive—I had a minor issue with my toilet flushing shortly after moving in, and they addressed it promptly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the building doesn’t have an on-site gym. While the location is fantastic and there are nearby fitness options, having a gym in the building would have been a convenient addition to an otherwise excellent living experience.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the location as it is just behind dale street! There are some amazing bars on dale street. It is a 10 min walk IF THAT into the centre which is unreal! The shops around us are easily accessible with 2 Tescos within 0.5 miles! The only issues I have about this area is the shouting around midnight outside. I always hear groups of people shouting. Apart from that best location ever!

Really good! As soon as I put a request in they come the next day!

How cold the building is! Because we got it in summer, we didn’t realise how cold and thin the walls are!
