Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I absolutely love Hackney and the surround area of Clapton - being right on the doorstep of the canals and marshes (which is fantastic for cycling, walking and running) and also around the corner from North and East London - which are my preferred areas. Food shopping is fantastic, we have a little shop called Archies which gives us all the essentials, whilst there's a huge Aldi and Asda a short cycle or bus ride away. In Clapton, which is a 10 minute walk from the flats you have delis, organic food shops, shopping, independent cafes and restaurants. We also love going to broadway market in London fields for the restaurants, shops and market on Sunday.

I wish I had realised how good transport is in this area for getting around

I would love to have a balcony or have an additional bedroom

location , pond and canal. great community , garden unsafe due to the theft

close to park and canal however people stealing bikes

the local parks and walthamstow marshes are very convienient as i liek to take strolls past them . riverside walthamstow makrt cafes

the new building beside the development is taking to long to build.
