Lovely and peaceful area no nuisance or rowdy neighbours, bad parking on some roads not enough space to walk on pavement

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any issue as I haven’t had any so far so good

I wish I had longer viewing when I came to view the house

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is very close to the City Centre which is an advantage however it lacks amenties within a short walk such as a good local shop. There is however a close Dr and Dentist and about 30 min on foot there is an Aldi.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been prompt with snags and other issues but lacked a response to large problems like poor noise proofing or estate design.

How bad the sound proofing would be - its terrible.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good thing about the area is that it is quiet and the location is nice but the bad thing is the street lights have not been fixed ever since I moved here

Haven’t responded at all. Contacted them a few times

Wish I had known whether there was a smart meter in the house or not

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a very nice estate but the surrounding area is very industrial so there aren’t many shops but you are very close to the town centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve taken over a year to rectify our 7 day form which should have been sorted in a few weeks

Definitely book a professional snagger to find out all the issues.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is spot on with good access routes to different parts of the city. Once the other entrance road opens it will really open it up further although I'm not sure about the through traffic. The development is lacking in some local facilities like shops and a nice play area in the park nearby which is also owned by Persimmon. Street lighting could be better too. Parking is good as we have a drive and we feel like we're tucked away from the busy main road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Were quick to deal with our snags when we moved in but once your settled its a little hard to get issues resolved as they focus on newer customers.

Always view the house or a similar home nearby. As your paying for a plot initially you need to know what's nearby and any potential issues.
