Great building and staff in Glasgow

I’ve been living in the flat now for 2 months and I am happy with the street, it is in very close walking distance to train stations and shops. It’s very quiet and I haven’t had any noise issues since being here. It’s been great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any questions I’ve had they have been very helpful

I got everything I needed from the viewing before I moved in

Regarding the bad aspects, the local shops, restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk is few from my personal perspective, since I don't have a car. But it's convenient to get public transport, Anderston train station is next to the apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I have raised a noise issue and got replied promptly with kind attitude. And I have been relocated to another well-furnished room for temperory stay. I like the way they alleviate tenant's dissatisfaction

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known there is a big gap on the utility bill between the value on home report and the bills we actually pay. The EPC rating is B, according to the home report estimation, the bill cost should be 2600 approx over 3 years (should be 70-80 per month). But I actually pay 240 per month, which is way more out of my expectation.

The apartment is near Glasgow central. Very convenient to buy stuffs and have a drink with friends at Friday night! 5 minutes walk to central station makes it very easy to travel!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They take cares of the problems and have solved the issues very rapidly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think there is every thing I had to know when I take the viewing. It’s thorough.

Good - close to town/work/restaurants Bad - no big supermarket very close, not ideal when no parking

Great - attentive. They do what they can to assist with issues generally.

Although the amenities are free and included in your rent, not easy to get access to

I like the concept complex I like the facility but one that my I don’t know if you didn’t consider it it’s the indoor swimming pool that will make yours the best in town

It’s almost in city center with excellent quit place I like the quietness in the area also he location is splendid the view of the best it I ask for a higher floor I couldn’t get

They are nice and very very friendly they make feel home
