How close the apartments are to everything is extremely helpful with having old town right around the corner and also town with all the other shops. The street is nice and quiet for how close it is to everything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very quickly and helped out all the time whenever it’s needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That all the residents tend to keep themselves and might so hello to each other but that’s about it. Everyone still is friendly tho.

Ideal ‘central’ location. 5 Mins Walk to Old Town 5 Mins Walk to New Town 10 Mins Walk to Train Station Plenty of Parking Bays for Residents (Paid) Only downside is that the flat is roadside so it’s very noisy especially if the windows are open…

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. But there are still numerous items unresolved…

Wish I knew how hot it gets in the flat during summer. Traffic noise does not help either…

Living close to a station, Aldi, Tesco and having near by is helpful. Having parking is great and there has been some anti social behaviour but over time it will improve.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Raj has been great as has Joe there have been difficulties in light of tech however but things are being addressed overtime though could be more speedily done.

How to address theft and potential violation of property, apartment and content insurance etc.

Overall its a nice facility in a location that is close by the station which is nice. I also like that there is a gym on site. That's probably where all the good ends though. Parking is way overpriced and isn't even private which is ridiculous. Open spaces are okay but the people that live here aren't social anyway.

Fairly slow and without much enthusiasm. Overall very disappointing

How expensive this place is compared to other places in the area. Could have gotten a better place around a cheaper price

The area is in the town centre and close to many facilities. The area is in the town centre and close to many facilities.

I have not had any issues. I have not had any issues.

The amount of standing charges in bills, because is the most payment I do.
