The biggest advantage of this area is that is only 15 min tube ride to Central London. Also the area is very modern and very close to good shops and restaurants

With any problems there was management was always very helpful!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I just moved to crawley from London, I live with my work colleague who has been here a year now. We absolutely love platform_ It looks brand new. It is so close to town and everything is walking distance. I don't need a car! I can definitely say Crawley is by far the best compared to London. I don't like such a busy city with the prices ridiculously high. Its definitely worth the money.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The concierge are so friendly and that is what we like. We can always stop over for a conversation.

Nothing - I was informed about everything before I moved in. I am a very simple person with not many demands so I have no issues here whatsoever.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with the new property management has been absolutely disappointing. The location is fantastic, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. I’ve previously worked with GreyStar, and their management was exceptional — if I could rate them 5 stars, I would. However, the new team deserves a negative score for their unprofessionalism and lack of responsiveness. Unfortunately, what was once a well-run operation has now turned into a frustrating and discouraging experience. Terrible management is an understatement.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management is not responding to even emergency and genuine needs of Vulnerable fellow tenants

100s of complaints hv been registered with New management apart from to Council, local Mp and Ombudsman etc

Overall is bad after changed the property management from Greystar to HGCB. In the past, GreyStar was really very good, their staff is helpful, rapid and responsible. But now, when HGCB take over the property management. It is extremely bad in terms of of communication, cleaning, hygiene. Also, many things are not covered again such as maintenance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not quite responsive , such as rubbish bin collection. It only put all the problems to tenant saying that tenant not put the bins to container. But actually it there is enough container to contains all bins. They should free up the container everyday.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Please check the comment of resident and trust pilot clearly before u move in as the property management is bad and already increased 20% rent for rent renewal. It is not fair for this increment with such bad service.

5 mins walk from underground and bus station, shopping centers and a cinema nearby. A convenient development
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They reply emails whenever they want, maybe days after the first email. Almost not pick up calls, even though the emergency number they provided. When they respond and pick up a call, it can be an impatient response; if you are lucky, you can find empty apologies, but the concerns are never addressed.
