Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall a lovely development to live in. No pubs or shops within walking distance but that was our choice. I don’t commute on the train but the station is quite close. Parking is generally good however some people think the visitor spaces are their own parking space. Traffic noise from m25 can be loud on rainy days but generally seem to ignore it. All residents are friendly enough.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues have been rectified fairly quickly. One or two issues still to fix.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Moving in during the coronavirus period means we didn’t get a proper hand over.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the area, perfect location from Leatherhead, cobham and oxshott. Easy access to m25 and a3. Road can become a little congested with traffic though

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always come to sort oit problems that arrived.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have waited for the new phase as the houses were slightly bigger and we were told that the new phase has same houses as the initial phase but that wasn't true.

Great looking but you don't have to scratch too deep for problems

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: aesthetically pleasing, landscaping maintenance, local towns on your doorstep, community, plenty of parking Bad: traffic noise, snags, time taken by management to correct issues, bin storage facilities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally, positive. Although on a few occasions it has taken months to have issues resolved or the contractors used haven't had the right message communicated and arrive with the wrong products to replace faults - which leads to further delays.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A bit more clarity on who does what. When issues have been raised in the past, you get sent around the blocks trying to find the right person to speak to. It would have been useful to have a list of the company and their responsibilities the day we moved in.

Nice and spacious, close to the stations

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management hasn’t been great but facilities management has been

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Flat numbers of the bays of the parking, it’s a nightmare not having this

Princes Chase - a lovely Surrey gem

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Princes Chase is an ideal location to various towns and villages such as Cobham, Oxshott and Leatherhead. We are close to the M25 which you can hear and can be loud at times. There is no known ant-social behaviour within the development and it feels very safe. Bin collection is always on time but no excess waste will be collected unless it fits in the bin. The main road is relatively quiet but lacks walking facilities and off-lead dog space. Parking is sufficient but most houses are on the smaller side for parking space. The community feel is fantastic and the development is really starting to take shape. There are no facilities within walking distance such as shops or a post box. A short drive will get you to these.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The fact that because this is still a building site, builders often park on the road immediately in front of driveways making it difficult to park. This is actually against the covenants we had to sign and therefore seems unfair that builders can park there and make it sometimes impossible for us to park in our own driving space.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The garden. This is because of large gabion walls which take up a lot of space.
