Prince's Gardens is very close to all the amenities you could need. There's a tram stop nearby and bus stops close too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was no TV aerial installed in the property. Though, the landlord gave us permission to install Sky TV.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Flatter garden. My property has quite a steep garden and a flatter garden would allow us to use it more.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The house and driveway are nice. However we’ve had new neighbours move in who are extremely noisy and anti-social. Simple life seem to have turned a blind eye. Please be aware that although most neighbours are decent there are some extremely antisocial ones around. You won’t get any help from Simple Life.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded poorly to the neighbours breaking Simple Life’s own tenant charter. These people are causing a noise disturbance and littering outside.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known if you have a problem with your neighbours being antisocial; Simple Life will turn a blind eye and leave you to it. No consequences for antisocial behaviour.

Good - New development Good - Infrastructure Bad - Management takes a long time to respond

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has been slow to respond to queries that have been raised and do not show urgency to resolve issues.

I wish I knew about the build quality of the development.

Fantastic development, lovely homes and quiet location with great local amenities.

I would have liked to have know the actual dimensions of the property before we moved in as this was our first home and would have been ideal so we could have ordered furniture beforehand.

What is the best feature of your home:

Modern styling and great size with plenty of space for storage.

Great houses for a great price. Really enjoy living here the people around a really nice and very helpful

Literally nothing apart from would have liked bigger bins but not sure that’s for anyone but us to do

Literally everything. The house is perfect love the drive
