Great location with ample shops, supermarkets, cafe’s, restaurants, bars & pubs with a good mix of tastes for all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Back in January 2020, QMG appointed a new building management service company called POD. They have been excellent & far more transparent & far more proactive with updating progress of the developments than the previous management company by far.

The concierge services are here to help with support and advice on concerns raised by owners/residents with the development. Neighbours shouldn’t be afraid to ask or raise concerns and get clarity where available.

likes: quiet but not too quiet community many restauranrs wide range pf shopping places station 10 mins away dislike: no shopping malls like primark, h&m, river island would have to go to statford westfield

Parking soaces are difficult to grt and also to get parking slaces for visitors its difficult

likes: secure community is lovely meet new people feel safe would definitely recommend wildlife good place to socialise and could host a summer party in the park frienfly neighbourhood easy transport links varity of restaurants dislike: the highway is a bit noisy

Not the whole area is included for the catchment area for the nearby school.

like: hidden area is near cinema and there are a lot of things to do flat is quite big dislike: nothing

Kids live in this area as well and so theres quite a bit of noise around, especially after school.
